Responsibility:

1. Assist with all aspects of growing vegetables, including planting, pruning, weeding, and harvesting.
2. Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions such as temperature, humidity, and irrigation in the greenhouse environment.
3. Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery such as planters, irrigation systems, and harvesters.
4. Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct pest and disease problems and take appropriate control measures.
5. Selecting, sorting, and packing cut vegetables according to quality standards
6. Assists in the maintenance and repair of greenhouse structures, equipment, and irrigation systems.

8. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, including packing areas and storage areas.
9. Comply with all relevant rules and guidelines applicable to business operations.

Requirements:

1. Ability to obtain a valid work permit or Canadian work visa.
2. Experience in vegetable growing or greenhouse gardening is desirable but not essential.
3. Physical strength and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a greenhouse environment, such as: B. lifting and bending
4. Knowledge of working with agricultural machinery and equipment is an advantage.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
