By booking our transfer services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You also agree to the fixed prices displayed at the time of booking. Flight details are mandatory for all airport transfer reservations.

3. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options for all services, including airport and Disneyland Paris transfers. Payments may be made in cash to the driver, by card directly to the driver, or via online payment. All prices are fixed at the time of booking, with no hidden fees or additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. For airport pickups, we actively monitor flight delays and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra cost.

5. Customer Conduct

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by our professional chauffeurs. Vehicles are equipped with comfort features and entertainment systems that must be used responsibly. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior threatens safety or comfort.

6. Liability

Disney Holiday Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances, including flight delays. While punctuality is a priority, pickup and drop-off times are approximate. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage but are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
